The form below reaches the people who work on these applications. Writing first rather than calling first is genuinely more efficient: a short written account of your position produces a far more precise answer than a conversation reconstructing the same facts from memory.

Replies are sent in order of arrival. Flag anything with a deadline attached in the first sentence — a certificate nearing expiry, an agent awaiting instruction, a payment window closing.

Useful things to say first

An enquiry containing these gets an answer rather than a questionnaire in reply:

• Your nationality or nationalities, and the country you presently live in.
• Whether the application covers you alone or a family, with the ages of any children, since the contribution tier follows from that.
• Every country in which you have spent six months or more during the last ten years — each normally requires its own police clearance, and the slowest of them dictates when you can lodge.
• How your funds came about and what records exist to demonstrate it. More applications turn on this than on anything else.
• Anything difficult in your background: an old or minor conviction, a refused visa, an open investigation, an application made elsewhere. Screening surfaces all of it; raised at the start, most of it is workable.

Please do not send

Passport scans, bank statements, card details or login credentials. None are needed to answer a question, and a web form is the wrong channel for any of them. Documents are requested later, through means suited to them.

How enquiries are treated

As confidential, and used only to reply to you. Nothing is sold, shared with advertisers or passed on for marketing. Retention and erasure are set out in the privacy policy.

An automated filter screens submissions before delivery and is occasionally wrong about a genuine one. If several working days pass without a reply, send it again in different words.

Possibly already answered

A large share of questions are covered at more length on these pages than an email would allow: the sequence in full, what the background check examines, how long each stage takes and what falls due at which point.

The one thing no reply from here will contain is an assurance of success. That decision rests with the Citizenship Commission, and any promise to the contrary is made by someone who cannot keep it.
